1. 📋 Acceptance of Terms

By using Zerlon Semi's website, services or by enrolling in any course, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Zerlon Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. 🎓 Enrollment & Admission

Enrollment in Zerlon Semi courses is subject to the following conditions:

• Completion of the enrollment form and payment of the applicable course fee
• Successful completion of our aptitude screening assessment
• Submission of required educational documents (degree certificates, transcripts)
• Meeting the minimum eligibility criteria for the selected course

Zerlon Semi reserves the right to refuse enrollment or cancel admission if a student provides false information or fails to meet eligibility criteria.

3. 💰 Fees & Payment

• All course fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Fees must be paid in full or as agreed under an approved EMI plan before the course start date
• EMI plans are subject to approval by our financing partners and your credit eligibility
• Zerlon Semi is not responsible for any EMI processing fees charged by banks or finance companies
• All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways
• Fee receipts will be issued within 48 hours of payment confirmation

4. 🔄 Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation Before Course Start

• Cancellation 15+ days before batch start: 100% refund (processing fee deducted)
• Cancellation 8–14 days before batch start: 75% refund
• Cancellation 3–7 days before batch start: 50% refund
• Cancellation within 48 hours of batch start: No refund

4.2 After Course Commencement

No refunds are issued after the course has commenced, except in exceptional circumstances (serious medical emergency with documentation) at the sole discretion of Zerlon Semi management.

4.3 Course Cancellation by Zerlon Semi

If Zerlon Semi cancels a batch before it begins, students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available batch.

5. ©️ Course Content & Intellectual Property

• All course materials, videos, slides, notes and projects created by Zerlon Semi are proprietary and protected by copyright
• Students are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use course materials for their individual learning
• Recording, reproducing, distributing, sharing or selling any course content is strictly prohibited
• Sharing login credentials or allowing unauthorized access to course platforms is a violation of these Terms
• Students retain ownership of projects they independently create, but Zerlon Semi retains the right to use anonymized project examples for marketing and training purposes

6. 👤 Student Conduct

Students enrolled at Zerlon Semi are expected to:

• Attend sessions regularly and complete assignments on time
• Maintain respectful and professional conduct towards instructors, staff and fellow students
• Not engage in any form of academic dishonesty, plagiarism or cheating
• Not use EDA tools provided by Zerlon Semi for any commercial projects outside the curriculum
• Report any concerns, grievances or misconduct to management promptly

Zerlon Semi reserves the right to dismiss a student without refund for serious violations of the code of conduct.

7. 💼 Placement Support

• Zerlon Semi provides placement assistance as a best-effort service. We do not guarantee employment or specific salary outcomes
• Placement support includes resume review, mock interviews and introduction to hiring partners
• Students are required to actively participate in the placement process, including attending mock interview sessions and completing assigned tasks
• Final hiring decisions rest with the employer. Zerlon Semi is not responsible for employer hiring decisions
• Placement support is available to students who have successfully completed the course and paid all dues in full

8. 🏆 Certificate Policy

• Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all course modules, assessments and projects
• A minimum attendance of 75% is required to be eligible for certification
• Certificates are digital, QR-code verifiable and issued in the student's legal name as provided during enrollment
• Replacement certificates for lost or damaged documents will attract a nominal administrative fee
• Zerlon Semi reserves the right to revoke a certificate in cases of academic fraud or serious code of conduct violations

9. ⚖️ Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zerlon Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of our services
• Loss of employment opportunities, business or income
• Technical failures, interruptions or errors on third-party platforms used in course delivery
• Decisions made by hiring companies regarding student employment

Our total liability in any matter arising from these Terms shall not exceed the course fee paid by the student.

10. 🇮🇳 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

We encourage students to first attempt resolution through our internal grievance process by emailing Info@zerlonsemi.com. We aim to resolve all disputes within 30 days.
